Our mission is to reintroduce Congo in a light worthy of its beauty, and to honor its culture through our food.

This is where it all begins and ends--God. We are dedicated to loving and serving our neighbor. 

We are Congolese born and raised, but have spent most of our lives in the US. My personal favorite on our menu is Poulet Mayo
